At Felt Right, the Shipping Policy is as follows: Free shipping is offered on orders over $99 to 48 contiguous states. When calculating a delivery date for an order, 3-4 days for production at the factory should be added. Most orders ship from the factory in 2-4 business days. If the factory is super busy, this might extend to 5-6 business days. For larger commercial orders, lead-times are usually about 1 week. Free shipping is FedEx ground. Faster, paid shipping methods can be selected, but production lead times should be factored in when estimating the delivery date.

The Return Policy is as follows: For orders up to $1,000, if for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase and the purchase will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
